Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating therapeutic methodologies suited for various mental health challenges, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Provide continuous support and motivation that enables clients to navigate through their emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as necessary, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to provide holistic care and improve patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all client records are up-to-date and secure.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
