This full-time, remote position involves providing therapeutic support to diverse client populations through a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. Work Environment\n

As a remote therapist, you will benefit from a flexible work schedule, with opportunities to engage with clients across various platforms. We are open seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing for adaptable working hours. There is no requirement for on-call hours, and you will enjoy protections from no-show appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy utilizing tailored strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, couples, and groups, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, contributing to a holistic treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards while upholding client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities and workshops, staying current with mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals and families facing various challenges, including relationship issues, trauma, and mental health concerns. You will work closely with clients dealing with substance misuse, anxiety, depression, and other life stressors, providing them with the support they need to thrive. Your role is pivotal in helping clients develop coping mechanisms, foster resilience, and work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
\n
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technology tools.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with bonus opportunities based on performance.
