Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic and engaging group therapy sessions that promote openness and connection among participants. You will create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored, one-on-one counseling that helps clients delve into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will work collaboratively with clients to develop effective coping strategies and actionable plans for change.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges and align with their goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to track client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on outcomes and feedback.

• Team Collaboration: Engage closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to offer clients the best possible support.

Your work will primarily focus on young adults navigating mental health and mood disorders, seeking support for stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach and expertise will help clients unlock their potential, cultivate resilience, and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree: A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.

• License: Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is required.

• Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience in providing treatment for mental health disorders in either residential or outpatient settings.

• Clinical Skillset: Proficiency in therapeutic methodologies, including motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), along with strong documentation practices.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
