Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health status, history, and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, groups, and couples, utilizing various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit various demographics will be essential in fostering a trusting relationship with clients and facilitating their progress toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
