Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique situation and psychological needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is effective and goal-oriented.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to create a holistic care plan that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals and families who have traditionally faced barriers to accessing mental health care. You will be working with clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping to break down stigmas and ensuring that high-quality mental health care is accessible to those who need it most.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Proven knowledge of legal and ethical counseling standards and practices.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies essential for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
