Daybreak Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Arvada, Colorado. Work Environment\nThis position primarily operates remotely, utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions through a secure and user-friendly platform. Our team embraces flexibility, offering operating hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week, allowing enriched work-life integration. The role also thrives in a collaborative environment where team members share insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes and maintain a strong network of support.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Administer comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform tailored therapeutic interventions that resonate with clients' unique histories and needs. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address diverse mental health concerns. \n
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans that enhance the overall well-being of clients. \n
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health. \n
Our diverse client base includes individuals, groups, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. The LPC will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Special focus on family therapy, couples therapy, and substance misuse is highly appreciated as we continually strive to address the multifaceted needs of our community.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. \n
- Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context. \n
- Proven ability to adhere to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a healthcare team. \n
- Competency with electronic medical record (EMR) software and related digital tools to streamline client care. \n

- Specialization in therapy areas such as family dynamics, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse intervention is highly preferred. \n
The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, and liability coverage. We also offer paid time off (PTO) and ensure that compensation is provided for orientation and ongoing professional development opportunities. There is significant flexibility in scheduling, and you’ll have a full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days.
