Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients upon initial engagement to determine their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in ongoing and collaborative treatment sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, modifying approaches to best fit the client's evolving needs.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date electronic health records while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
