Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and client history reviews, to identify mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Engage in confidential one-on-one counseling sessions focused on issues like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress management, tailoring your approach to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions aimed at resolving relationship conflicts, improving communication patterns, and enhancing familial dynamics.

• Craft and implement comprehensive treatment plans that set achievable objectives, continuous monitoring of progress, and necessary adjustments based on client feedback.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when clients present acute mental health concerns, offering stabilization and support through challenging situations.

• Deliver educational resources to clients and their families on various mental health conditions and coping mechanisms, thus empowering them with knowledge for proactive management of their mental wellness.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
