Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that inform individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
