Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to accurately assess mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Offer individual, couples, and family counseling by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that inform and nurture the recovery process.

• Document and maintain records of counseling sessions, including treatment responses, progress notes, and any necessary updates to treatment plans in compliance with confidentiality requirements.

• Engage in collaborative case management by working with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care.

• Stay abreast of current best practices in counseling and continuously develop your skill set through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for differing demographics will play a crucial role in improving their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, along with valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated experience of at least two years in a clinical counseling setting, where direct client interaction was central to your role.
