This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and strengths, utilizing tools and methodologies tailored to our practice.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and adjust them as necessary to respond to client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, skillfully navigating sensitive situations to ensure client safety and stability.

• Integrate psychoeducation into sessions, equipping clients and their families with vital information about mental health and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, including referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment strategies in accordance with professional ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Stay abreast of emerging research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development activities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure a deep understanding of mental health principles.

• An active Independent LPC license issued by the state of Oregon is mandatory for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
