Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Regularly meet with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss treatment stability, and schedule future appointments or discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and relevant records, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gauge new clients' needs and determine the best course of action for their mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a varied patient population, including adults and children experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency with technology, including computer systems like RMS, Excel, Outlook, and other telehealth tools used for client management.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications include two years of experience, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will also position candidates as strong contenders for this role.
