Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized therapy strategies through comprehensive assessments and evaluations, taking into account clients' unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. This includes leveraging therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions and progress evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary.

• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and contributing to holistic client care, which can include participation in case discussions and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and evaluations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Many of our clients come from underserved backgrounds with limited access to mental health care, and your role will be pivotal in bridging that gap. By providing a safe and empathetic environment, you will help clients explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering greater emotional resilience and healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Specialized training or experience in couples therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, based on your experience and caseload.
