This is a completely remote role, allowing for flexible work hours and a commitment to work-life balance. You will join a supportive and dynamic team that operates in a telehealth setting, meaning you will primarily utilize video conferencing technology and digital communication tools to connect with clients. Our clinic is open to serving clients seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, which means you will have flexible scheduling options to best suit your lifestyle while also meeting the needs of your clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapies in individual, group, and family settings, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including liaising with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date and reflective of client progress.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and seminars to stay current with emerging mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
