Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.

• Utilize multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, adapting them as necessary to fit the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings, is mandatory.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
