Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will:

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver effective therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clients’ progress and clinical records accurately, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, which may include coordination with psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
