Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote and allows for flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic interventions including psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families.
\n
• Conducting interviews with clients to gather and interpret comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Evaluating and addressing client issues within your clinical scope to develop appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral therapy cases, focusing on short-term crisis resolution and connecting clients with community resources.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, respect, and acceptance.
\n
• Continuously evaluating treatment effectiveness through feedback and adjusting strategies to meet client goals.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client records and treatment progress in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Providing individual clinical counseling to ensure personalized care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance use issues, familial and marital challenges, as well as grief and loss. Our population is diverse, requiring a nuanced approach to treatment that respects cultural and personal unique circumstances, thus further enhancing the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While at least four years of relevant professional experience is preferred, we welcome those who can demonstrate knowledge and previous experience in behavioral health treatment, including:
