Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, histories, and unique needs, building an understanding of their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and execute comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific circumstances.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments to determine the immediate needs of clients, enabling timely and effective support.

• Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to empower clients and enhance their understanding of mental health and recovery processes.

Qualifications\n
