Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities key to the recovery process:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and circumstances.

• Participate in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that tailor services to meet each client’s unique goals.
\n
• Monitor client outcomes diligently, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as required in collaboration with the treatment team.

• Provide evidence-based early intervention support to families, guiding them on skills and strategies that enhance their child's development.

• Establish rapport with clients, families, and fellow team members to foster a supportive therapeutic environment conducive to recovery.

• Actively comply with all relevant federal and state regulations, ensuring a high standard of care and ethical practice.

• Utilize effective coaching techniques to facilitate natural learning experiences in the home or community settings.

• Develop and conduct educational workshops to inform families about available resources and developmental strategies for their children.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resources and methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving children from birth to three years who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise as an LCSW will be vital in implementing personalized strategies that support early childhood development, ensuring that these young clients receive the highest quality of care during a crucial period of their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LCSW position will possess:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
