Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and mental health services to clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, ensuring a complete understanding of their unique situations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent and personalized to each patient’s specific needs.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback, progress, and any changes in mental health status.

• Offer education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local resources.

• Maintain a high standard of ethical practice by ensuring confidentiality and acquiring informed consent from patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients who are in recovery from substance use disorders and experience co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services is essential.

• Strong clinical skills, especially in conducting assessments and creating impactful treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills, fostering positive relationships with both patients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and related healthcare software for managing and sharing patient data.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions and a commitment to staying updated on current treatments.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3+ years of post-licensure experience in mental health settings.

• Experience working with clients in outpatient, inpatient, or detox environments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and interventions specific to addiction and mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
