Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available social supports.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy grounded in evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to the diverse needs of each client.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences within the client population.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Initiate crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments, and crafting safety plans as needed to address urgent client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and accurate.

Compensation and Benefits\n
