Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that explore clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with client needs, setting clear goals and interventions to guide the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients not only in detox but throughout their recovery journey.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to detox clients, focusing on their unique experiences and challenges.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety, implementing safety plans as necessary to safeguard well-being.

• Document client progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

The primary population you will serve includes individuals undergoing detoxification and those experiencing mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
