Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both virtually and in community settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine treatment needs, utilizing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, working collaboratively with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure effective care continuity.

• Deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, monitoring clients’ progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Crisis intervention and support, including immediate response to client crises and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review cases, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational requirements, ensuring timely reporting and data submission.

• Provide on-call coverage as required, ensuring constant support for clients in need, day or night.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
