Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs, strengths, and challenges of clients entering the detox program.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions based on clients’ unique backgrounds and needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy to support clients effectively.

• Develop thorough treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining achievable goals, measurable objectives, and a pathway for monitoring progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, addiction specialists, and case managers, to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to support clients in distress.
