Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available support resources.

• Provide individualized therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with defined goals and interventions to address the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments while establishing safety plans to support clients through challenging situations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support ongoing treatment and care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, aiming to enhance community and connection among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is targeted towards individuals undergoing detoxification, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
