Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, encompassing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify patient needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), during individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, compliant with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health strategies, empowering them with the skills and knowledge to manage their conditions effectively.

• Engage in regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, making necessary adjustments to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
