Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services as required and partner with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping of clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to both patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and tools to support mental health management.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to optimize patient care and recovery outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
