Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations for clients entering the detoxification process, taking into account their personal history, substance use patterns, and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on skill-building for emotional regulation, coping strategies, and relapse prevention, to ensure clients can navigate their recovery journey effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention services, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations to safeguard clients’ mental health and ensure their safety.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LCSW position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
