Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining professional interactions with clients. Our work environment is designed to support innovative solutions and collaborative practices, allowing you to connect with colleagues and clients in a meaningful way. Whether through video conferencing or teletherapy, you will leverage modern technology to foster relationships and streamline processes. Our designated work hours are Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., with potential for flexible shift options including 4x10 or 5x8 hour schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interviews to gather vital client information regarding their social, personal, environmental, and health backgrounds.
\n
• Evaluate and diagnose mental health disorders, developing appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, focusing on crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.
\n
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an appropriate caseload while ensuring documentation is current and reflective of the services provided.

• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

• May be required to perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas.

• Previous experience treating a wide range of behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, substance abuse, relationship challenges, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
