Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work hours. Our standard operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm, and we are open to scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the mental health of our clients through the following responsibilities:

• Conduct psychotherapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, or groups to address a variety of mental health and emotional issues.

• Interview clients to collect and analyze relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral healing processes, including crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.

• Maintain updated and detailed documentation in client records, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress assessments for each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs, including strategies to address challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

• Identify and implement relevant resources and assessment tools to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to deliver holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, from behavioral health issues such as mood disorders and substance abuse to family and marital counseling. Qualifications\n
