Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, reviewing their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and cultural context.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to clinical guidelines, setting achievable goals and continuously monitoring progress.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to ensure cohesive and holistic care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and forming safety plans as necessary.

• Advocate for the rights of clients, connecting them with essential community resources and providing effective case management services.

• Participate in ongoing community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote available services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits\n
