Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns while identifying their strengths and challenges.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that set clear goals and monitor client progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure that all aspects of a client’s care are coordinated effectively.

• Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and creating individualized safety plans to support clients in urgent situations.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with necessary community resources, ensuring they receive holistic care and case management support.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

You will be working with a diverse client population, characterized by various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
