Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs, social determinants, and collaborative treatment goals.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling to clients grappling with a variety of mental health and psychosocial issues, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that address common mental health concerns, promote support networks, and offer psychoeducation to clients undergoing detoxification.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, establishing measurable objectives and utilizing documented evidence-based interventions to track progress.

• Offer crisis intervention services, which include conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and coordinating emergency resources for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Advocate passionately for clients’ rights and assist them in navigating the complexities of healthcare and community resources to improve their access to necessary services.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records that encompass assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering strictly to legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders within a detox center. This role requires an understanding of the dynamics associated with substance use and addiction, as well as the mental health challenges frequently accompanying these conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pure Life Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
