Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of clients from various backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to address a range of mental health conditions.

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and adjusting as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff to coordinate care and share insights regarding clients’ progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services by conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans tailored to the individual’s circumstances.

• Advocate for client rights and connect them with community resources, while offering ongoing case management support to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
