This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate independent diagnoses for diverse patients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals and challenges.

• Implement evidenced-based behavioral interventions, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving techniques, to drive meaningful outcomes for patients.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers within Walmart Health & Wellness to ensure integrated care.

• Monitor patient progress systematically through in-person or virtual check-ins, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

• Support clients with medication management in collaboration with medical providers, focusing on adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients who may be dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Our primary goal is to provide compassionate care tailored to each individual’s experiences, helping them achieve their personal wellness objectives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
