Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to acquire comprehensive insights into each client's mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, as well as group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Execute crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and implement safety plans as needed to protect client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support community building and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Big Leap, you will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
