Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to individuals experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Participate effectively in team meetings, contributing to discussions on shared objectives to advance patient goals.

• Work collaboratively with clients and their families to create integrated care plans that ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Conduct evidence-based assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ needs, facilitating timely interventions and referrals for additional support when necessary.

• Carry and manage a caseload, ensuring that treatment services align with each client's presenting problems and service requests.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, applying rapid response techniques as required to maintain client safety and well-being.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and formal evaluations, ensuring that all documentation is timely and accurate.

• Participate in quality improvement committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and fostering innovative practices within the agency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
