Although you will conduct many sessions via telehealth, our outpatient office in Garden Grove serves as a welcoming base to collaborate with colleagues, attend meetings, and participate in community outreach. Our normal working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life schedule for our staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders with respect and compassion.

• Participate actively as a team member, collaborating across various disciplines to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments through evidence-based screening processes and arrange for additional assessments when required, ensuring a holistic view of client needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that connect clients to necessary support services and facilitate communication among clients, families, and service providers.

• Provide crisis intervention and offer immediate support during emergencies, effectively utilizing your clinical skills to stabilize situations.

• Manage a caseload of clients, which includes offering individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on personalized treatment tailored to presenting problems.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, regularly reviewing client progress through meetings and documentation.

• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees that aim to enhance the standards of service delivery within the agency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Must possess a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with a company match; paid time off; and life insurance.
