Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Bright Horizon, you will undertake various critical responsibilities:

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in collaborative sessions with interdisciplinary teams to discuss client progress, coordinate care, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of care and refine clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be working with youth and families facing various mental health challenges which may include anxiety disorders, mood disturbances, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing a strong foundation in social work principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
