Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings such as individual, family, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and work in tandem with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, especially for those facing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with clinic procedures and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, equipping them with the tools necessary for effective management.

• Engage collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to deliver holistic care solutions.

• Regularly assess treatment efficacy through outcome evaluations and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
