Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify the needs and risks of clients.

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, reflecting their specific needs, goals, and cultural sensibilities.

• Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy both in individual and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services to address acute distress situations, ensuring timely and effective support for clients in need.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in alignment with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses to ensure integrated care delivery.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness through regular outcome assessments and make timely adjustments to treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
