Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to form a clear understanding of patient needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific obstacles they face in their recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse therapeutic settings, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring immediate and appropriate assistance is offered while collaborating with other professionals for optimal patient care continuity.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, consistent with clinic policies and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Educate patients and their families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge essential for managing their mental health effectively and independently.

• Participate in the multidisciplinary team meetings focusing on care coordination, discussing patient progress, and making needed adjustments to treatment plans based on collaborative insights.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes by conducting assessments that measure effectiveness and adjust methods as required to ensure optimal care delivery.

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and research in mental health to continually improve service delivery and maintain best practices within the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, with actual compensation determined based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
