Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ and their families' therapy needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on these findings.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, including joint family therapy, while providing milieu management and additional counseling duties as necessary.

• Develop and lead educational workshops on topics related to substance abuse, mental health, and family dynamics, equipping clients and their families with essential knowledge for recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, patient assessments, treatment plans, and other essential records, ensuring all documentation adheres to licensing regulations and is completed promptly.
