Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to understand clients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that therapeutic approaches are aligned with clients' goals.

• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to address specific client challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for all clients, promoting the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality, and legal regulations in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Community Mental Healthcare, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Our diverse clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, allowing you to apply your skills in multiple therapeutic settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
