Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each child's developmental status.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), actively collaborating with families and team members to create effective strategies.

• Monitor outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to optimize each child's development and adhere to best practices.

• Provide coaching and support to families, equipping them with skills and resources to enhance their child's growth and learning.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations related to mental health services and children's developmental support.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model in natural environments, facilitating hands-on learning experiences for families.

• Develop rapport with families, children, and team members to foster a supportive environment conducive to growth.

• Stay updated with evidence-based practices and regulations to uphold the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children aged 0-3 years who may be experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.
