Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empower Well Therapy, you will fulfill the integral role of engaging with clients in both individual and group settings. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Providing tailored therapeutic sessions to couples and families, focusing on diverse issues affecting their relationships and emotional well-being.

• Utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques suitable for varying client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Conducting thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique dynamics and challenges faced by each family.

• Facilitating effective communication among family members to address conflicts, grieving processes, and other relational stressors.

• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records through our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. Key issues you will address may include:

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
