Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring each plan aligns with the client's personal values.

• Provide counseling services addressing an array of issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and mental health professionals, as well as case managers, to create a seamless and holistic approach to client care.

• Document therapy sessions accurately, ensuring that all interventions are recorded to support ongoing treatment and compliance.

• Conduct immediate crisis intervention for clients in urgent need, ensuring their safety and providing them with the necessary support and resources.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development, focusing on areas of interest such as adolescent therapy, trauma-informed care, or couples counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
