Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will hold a crucial role in our clinical team, providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and presenting issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, focusing on relationship dynamics as well as individual sessions to address personal concerns.

• Specializing in a broad range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and more.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that promote healing and foster resilience.

• Creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and challenges.

• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate client records in accordance with organizational protocols.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and attending regular staff meetings to ensure integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include diverse populations, encompassing adults, children, and adolescents, with a particular emphasis on family dynamics. You will work with clients facing various challenges, including blended family issues, separation and divorce adaptations, job stress, and psychological abuse. By employing a family systems approach, you will help reshape interactions and improve family relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
