You will engage with various clients through video calls, phone sessions, and secure messaging, ensuring a confidential and safe therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized tools and structured interviews.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by evaluating clients' needs, goals, and preferences in collaboration with them.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering a deeper understanding between partners.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist at Marina Medical Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Massachusetts is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
