Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist within our organization, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and their familial dynamics through interviews and questionnaires.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, job stress, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and adjustment to significant life changes such as separation and divorce.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and potentially family members to ensure holistic and effective care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients navigating acute challenges.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes, adhering to privacy standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss cases and share insights for enhanced patient care.
